First of all, we’re not a bank. PBS is an organization owned and operated by credit unions just like Northwest Federal Credit Union. PBS offers commercial loans, with terms and rates competitive with many lenders, but without the complexity and red tape generally associated with banks. Our program offers commercial loans to business such as yours, ranging from $50,000 to more than $11,000,000 in capital. PBS uses a simple, transparent application and qualification process, locally approved by your credit union. It is because of this special process that you can be assured of a quick evaluation of your application by individuals who understand the service and quality you expect from your credit union, and are keenly aware of your community and how your new venture will fit into it

How do I submit my application?
To get started on your PBS commercial loan, go to the home page and select the loan type you want. You can download the forms contained on the page you selected and complete them as instructed. Use the checklist provided on the product you selected to collect the support documents you will need to provide along with your application.
Applications may be submitted either by delivery to your credit union, or by delivering directly to PBS. If submitted to your credit union, please address to:
