New & Used Vehicle Purchases

Vehicle loans are repaid on an installment basis with level monthly payments being made until the loan is repaid in full. Financing is available for vehicles purchased as new, or pre-owned vehicles no more than 3 to 5 years in age (depending upon vehicle type). Depending upon type, new vehicles can be financed for up to 5 and 7 years. Used vehicles can be financed for 3 to five years depending upon age, condition and mileage.

• Completed and signed commercial loan application
• Completed and signed personal financial statement
• Last two years of signed and dated business tax returns and a year-to-date financial statement. If you have not filed for the latest tax year for your business, please also provide a copy of your IRS form 7004 filing extension request.
• Last full year signed and dated personal tax returns or copy of W2(s) or 1099(s) if you have not filed for the last tax year. If you have not filed, you will also need to provide a copy of your IRS form 4868 filing extension request.
• Description of the vehicle being purchased. You must may use the dealer invoice for this purpose or provide:
  1. Complete vehicle ID number (or copy of vehicle title)
  2. Make, model and year of the vehicle (or copy of vehicle title)
  3. Copy of a sale contract reflecting the contract price and seller’s name

For Used Vehicles, also include:
• Mileage count
• Description of special features such as leather interior, navigation systems, etc.
• Copy of seller’s title
